New Delhi: The Supreme Court on Monday allowed CPI(M) chief Mohd Yusuf Tarigami to return to his residence state Jammu and Kashmir.
A bench of Chief Justice Ranjan Gogoi and justices S A Bobde and S A Nazeer stated the previous MLA doesn’t want any permission to go residence if medical doctors at AIIMS permit him.
The former MLA alleged that his car has been taken away and he will probably be confined to his residence.
The ailing chief was on September 9 shifted to AIIMS following the apex courtroom order
