Kareena Kapoor took to Instagram on Friday to launch her new e book titled Kareena Kapoor Khan’s Pregnancy Bible. She shared a video to launch her e book, in which she could be seen carrying a strappy red dress.
Kareena Kapoor launched her e book on being pregnant at this time, July 9. The e book chronicles Kareena’s experiences by her two pregnancies. Kareena Kapoor welcomed her first youngster with Saif Ali Khan, Taimur, on December 20, 2016. Their second youngster was born in February this 12 months.
“This has been quite the journey both my pregnancies and writing my Pregnancy Bible. There were good days and bad days; some days I was raring to go to work and others where I struggled to get out of bed. This book is a very personal account of what I experienced both physically and emotionally through both my pregnancies (sic),” she wrote.
“In many ways, this book is like my third child from conception to its birth today. Published by @juggernaut.in and the amazing @chikisarkar, I’m proud to share that my Pregnancy Bible is vetted and approved by FOGSI, India’s official body of gynecologists and obstetricians, along with the help of several expert voices like @rujuta.diwekar, Dr. Sonali Gupta, and Dr. Prabha Chandra of NIMHANS. I’m both excited and nervous to share this with you (sic).” Kareena added.
In the e book launch video, Kareena Kapoor could be seen carrying a V-neck red dress with skinny straps. The dress has a ruffled hem and a thigh-excessive slit. She saved her look quite simple, with minimal make-up and no equipment.
