Arvind Swamy will likely be reunited together with his ‘Roja’ co-star Madhoo after a spot of 27 years. The duo will likely be sharing the display screen house within the upcoming biopic of former Tamil Nadu Chief Minister Jayalalithaa.
Titled ‘Thalaivi’ in Tamil and ‘Jaya’ in Hindi, this prestigious mission will likely be directed by A.L. Vijay and will star Kangana Ranaut within the titular function. While Arvind Swamy will likely be essaying former Chief Minister and matinee idol MG Ramachandran’s function. Madhoo’s function has not but been revealed and has been saved as suspense.
“She is going to be part of the Jayalalithaa biopic. She is excited to be working with Arvind Swami after over 25 years. It is a full-fledged role. She will start the shoot by November or December,” stated a member of the movie unit.
Jayalalithaa, the previous CM of Tamil Nadu, handed away on December 5, 2016 due to cardiac arrest. She is fondly referred to as ‘Puratchi Thalaivi’, which implies ‘revolutionary chief’.
Apart from the Kangana Ranaut-led film, Madhoo will even be seen in a Hindi movie alongside Dharmendra and Vijay Raaz.
